Sour cream garlic and chive dip
This is the perfect dip for fritters or latke, it really takes them up a notch.
I can eat this dip with a spoon, it’s that good, I’d even suggest doubling the recipe.
Ingredients:
200 ml sour cream
2 tsp minced garlic
2 – 3 tsp mayonnaise
Chives
Ground black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients, chop the chives and add to the dip.
2. Serve with the latke/fritters.
