Preparation:
It is well known that in hot weather one doesn’t feel like staying long in the kitchen or like cooking heavy food. Light dishes are required and preferably those that do not take long to cook. In such cases, Pasta is an excellent thing to keep in the pantry, it lends itself to many kinds of dishes, it is tasty and satisfying and children love it. This time I chose Pasta, gave a tip how to make it tastier and added olives on top.
Spaghetti and Olives
3 servings
Ingredients:
300 gr spaghetti
1 box of olive rings
1 cup water
1 spoon Sweet-Paprika
1 spoon tomato puree
1 spoon Sweet Chilly sauce
1 spoon soup powder
Crushed black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. Brew olives in boiled water three times for 10-15 minutes and filter each time.
2. Prepare the spaghetti according to instructions; at the same time, warm up a pan with 5 spoons of oil, add the ingredients, cook for 2 minutes while mixing, add the olives and cook for 5 more minutes.
3. Add the spaghetti, cook for 2 minutes and take off the stove. Leave for 5-6 minutes stirring occasionally: the spaghetti will absorb the sauce, obtain a beautiful color and a better taste
