Spaghetti bolognese with turkey
Decided to make some changes in the classic Bolognese recipe, instead of minced beef I used turkey. the turkey meat is healthier for children. second, I used fettuccine instead of spaghetti. that was the only pasta in my pantry and I didn’t feel like going out. and you know what? It came out delicious!
1 chopped onion
2 grated carrots
400 gr female Turkey meat Ground
250 gr Fettuccine
1/3 of a glass of wine
1 spoon Paprika
1 full spoon honey
1 1/2 cup water
Crushed black pepper
1. Fry the onion, add carrots and fry for two more minutes, add the meat and fry while mixing not to create lumps.
2. Add spices, water and honey and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Cook the Fettuccine according to the instructions on the packet and add to the meat, cook for 2 more minutes
