Spaghetti in Tomato Sauce
To my big surprise, I discovered that there was no spaghetti in tomato sauce on my site. I thought there was. here is the recipe the way I make it. I love it when there is a lot of sauce that can be felt in every bite with all its good blend of tastes.How do I know that it is good? While I cook it, I taste it all the time.
300 gr. spaghetti
5 red tomatoes
1 big chopped onion
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup water
4 spoons chopped parsley (optional)
1 spoon Sweet Chilly sauce
1 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. sugar
Diced black pepper
1. Poach the tomatoes for 5 minutes in boiling water, peel and chop; fry the onion until it becomes yellow, slice the garlic and add to the pan to fry for 1 minute, add the tomatoes, the sugar, the water and season.
- 2. Cook for 10-15 minutes, add parsley and Chilly sauce.
- 3. Prepare the spaghetti according to instructions and serve with the sauce.
