Spinach Ravioli in Rose Sauce
I could give up on the ravioli and eat the sauce alone with a spoon, but I happened to have ravioli, so I was happy to add it to the sauce. excellent dish which was eaten up in no time.
1 packet of ravioli from the supermarket
1 chopped onion
4 red tomatoes
1 red/yellow pepper
1 heavy cream
1 full tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. sugar
Diced black pepper
1. Fry onion, add chopped tomatoes and pepper, fry over low heat for several minutes, add a cup of water and the rest of the ingredients and cook for 10 minutes.
2. Mince the vegetable coarsely, add cream, check tastes and take off the fire.
3. Prepare the ravioli according to instructions, add the sauce and serve.
