


Stir-Fried Rice Sticks with Vegetables
This is the type of dishes that only take a couple of minutes to prepare, but look good on the table. Sometimes you get stuck looking for a side dish that does not require too many efforts and stir-fried Vegetables are always attractive and tasty.
Ingredients:
200 gr. rice sticks
3 carrots cut into sticks
1 packet sliced Champignon Mushrooms
2 cut up peppers
1 onion cut into half and sliced
2 spoons honey
1 tsp. Soya sauce
Soup powder
Diced black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. Fry the carrots for 3 minutes, add the peppers and fry 2 minutes more, add the onion for a short fry and add mushrooms and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
2. Add honey, Soya and seasoning, prepare rice sticks according to instructions add to the Vegetables, Fry for two more minutes while mixing.
Tip: you may exchange rice sticks with 200 gr. Spaghetti
