Stir fry mushrooms recipe
I love mushrooms in any shape or form. Cooked, stir-fried, fresh. Anything goes. Every weekend I simply have to make something with mushrooms.
They make an incredible side dish and the best part about them, other than their wonderful flavor? It only takes 5minutes from pan to table. This is one of the easiest recipes out there andyou’ll see, they disappear as quickly as it took to make them.
Makes 2-3 servings
25 champignon mushrooms
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
Ground black pepper
1. Halve the mushrooms. With larger mushrooms, cut them into quarters.
2. Heat a pan with 4-5 Tbsp of oil and when hot, add the mushroom pieces and stir-fry for a minute, then add the other ingredients and stir-fry for another minute or less, then remove from the heat.
Good to know…
This dish is best prepared just before serving. You can use maple syrup instead of the honey.
