Stir fry wings and spaghetti
Is there a better combination than wings and spaghetti? There’s no way your kids aren’t going to devour the entire pot, it’s so tasty! I’m a big fan of one pot meals, the spaghetti gets the wonderful flavor from the wings, and you get a delicious lunch for the entire family.
We don’t have to tell everyone how easy it is to make, some things you can keep to yourself.
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken wings, halved
300 grams spaghetti
5-6 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp sweet chili sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sweet paprika
1/2 tsp rotisserie chicken spice
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp chicken bouillon
Ground black pepper
Salt (if needed, to taste)
Preparation:
1. Pour 3 Tbsp of oil into a hot pan and add the soy, tomato paste, honey and seasoning, and add two cups of water. Cook on medium heat for five minutes and add the wings. Shake the pan a bit so they sink into the sauce and cook for around 25 minutes (you can do this step the day before).
2. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package, drain, add 2 Tbsp of oil and stir. Set aside.
3. Add the spaghetti to the pot and cook for a few minutes with the wings, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and continue stirring occasionally.
