


Stir Fry Zucchini And Carrots
This is one of the fast recipes that I love very much. I think vegetables are necessary with every meal brief frying and straight to the plate. It is quick, satisfying, colorful and it contains what children like perfect.
Ingredients:
5 carrots cut into short sticks
3 Zucchini cut into short sticks
1 big onion cut into quarters and sliced
1 tsp. Hyssop
Diced black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. Fry carrots in a hot pan with oil until they get soft, add the Zucchini and fry 2 minutes more, add the onion and fry for several more minutes.
2. Season with Hyssop and Salt and pepper, stir-fry for 2 more minutes and take off the fire.
