Strawberry Ice Cream in a Jar
Do you want to spoil a beloved person? Do you want to offer him/her a present that is so easy to prepare and so tasty and impressive? Purim is around the corner: I’ll give you an idea for a treat which is easy and simple and perfectly delicious!

Ingredients:
Cup of whipping cream
200 gr. concentrated milk
10 strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
(depends on the sweetness of the strawberries)
Whipped Cream:
Cup of whipping cream
1 spoon of Instant Vanilla
1 spoon of sugar
Preparation:
1. Grind the strawberries until smooth, add the milk and the sugar, Mix until well blended
- 2. Whip cream, fold in the strawberries mixture and place into a small jars, cool for an hour.
- 3. Whip cream, instant Vanilla and sugar and sprinkle on top.
