Strawberry jam crumb bars

I am often asked to produce vegan recipes based on oil, without any substitutes, so I give you such a recipe, one that I like to make.

Baking pan 19X29

Ingredients:

1/2 a cup Walnuts / 1/2 a cup of regular flour
280 gr of flour(2 cups)
1/2 a cup of oil
2 eggs
1/3 of a cup of sugar
1 tsp of Vanilla Essence
1/2 tsp of baking powder
Jam
Chocolate

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C

2. Mix all the ingredients until you get oily dough. Put a quarter of it into the freezer and Flatten the rest of the dough into a rectangle and bake until golden brown, about 20 – 25  minutes, Let it cool.

3. Spread the jam/chocolate on the dough

4. Grate the rest of the dough on the Chocolate  and bake until  golden brown. Let  it cool for A few hours, and then cut into small squares.
