Strawberry mousse recipe with jelly
This dessert is as delicious as it can be, easy to prepare and the impression it makes is like a complicated dish cooked with tremendous efforts. it is not expensive. It disappears from the table in seconds because it’s incredibly delicious!
Makes 7 small cups
250 ml whipping cream (1 cup)
1 spoon of Instant Vanilla
120 gr. sugar (1/2 cup + 1 spoon)
45 grams red jelly
Strawberries cut into cubes
1. Whip the cream with 3 spoons sugar and the Instant Vanilla until you get stable whipped cream, in a separate bowl, whisk the egg-whites with 3 spoons sugar to get stable foam. Fold the foam into the cream gently and fill up the cups to half. Freeze for an hour.
*2. Sprinkle a nice layer of cut up strawberries on top of the cream, prepare the jelly according to the instructions and pour it with the aid of a spoon on top. Let cool.
