Stuffed artichokes with tuna

Usually, artichoke is stuffed with meat, but I wanted something light, because there was enough meat in the main course. So, I took the hearts, I stuffed them with Tuna and vegetables and together with a good sauce, which was absorbed by the artichoke, they became delicious. This is a perfect first course


10 artichoke hearts
160 gr. Tuna
1 medium-sized chopped onion
1 medium-sized grated potato
1 egg
1 spoon Ketchup
1 tsp. Paprika
Diced black pepper

1 egg-white


1 medium-sized chopped onion
1 big red pepper cut into small pieces
1 1/2 cups water
1 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. sugar
Soup powder
Diced black pepper


1. Brew the artichoke hearts in boiling water for 10 minutes and filter.

2. Filter the Tuna , fry the onion and mix all ingredients.

3. Brush the hearts with the egg-white, stuff them and refrigerate them.

4. The sauce: fry the onion lightly, add the red pepper and fry again, add all ingredients and fry some more, put the sauce on the stuffed hearts and cook for 20-25 minutes.
