3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
Nutella Chocolate spread
1. Break the matzot, soak them into a bowl of water, wait until they become soft, squeeze them and put them into a dry bowl.
2. Add all the ingredients and create latkes, tighten them and fry in a hot pan on both sides until they become yellow.
3. Serve with Maple and chocolate syrups (I cut them into triangles)
If you prefer the salty version, instead of sugar and Cinnamon, add salt and pepper
