Sweet Pretzels
You are familiar with regular pretzels, aren’t you ? This time I fancy making sweet pretzels! It is a real surprise since the children expect me to make them salty. But, you know what ? The sweet pretzels are as addictive as the salty ones.
40 pretzels
Ingredients:
200 gr butter
400gr (3 cups minus 2 spoons) of flour
150 gr (3/4 cup) of sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1/2 a cup Sesame
1 egg
1/2 a cup of oil
1/3 of a cup of orange juice plus two spoons
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
2. Process the ingredients to smooth dough.
3. Create small circles , Bake until golden brown about 30 minutes.
