Tender Juicy Chicken Breast
Let me tell you a secret. There are a lot of chicken breast recipes on the site and I’m not saying that they’re inferior or anything but when I have hungry mouths to feed this is the recipe that I keep going back to.
Truth be told, every mother has her trusted recipes that she makes over and over again.
This has been mine for years and I can’t believe that I’m only adding it to the site now.
As simple as it gets, this is the type of recipe that you can put together in a flash and the result never fails. Tender and juicy, serve with these potatoes for a perfect meal!
Watch the video to see how tender the chicken breast is.
Makes 3-4 servings
Ingredients:
800 grams chicken breast tenders / thin chicken breast cutlets
1/3 cup olive or canola oil
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp Moroccan paprika
1 tsp rotisserie chicken spice
Ground black pepper
1 Tbsp chicken bouillon
Salt (if needed, to taste)
Preparation:
1. Mix the chicken breast with the oil and spices and marinate for around an hour.
2. Heat 3-4 Tbsp of oil in a pan and fry the chicken breast until golden on both sides.
Simple, right?
Good to know…
Short on time? Don’t marinate or marinate for less. I don’t recommend baking chicken breast as it tends to dry out in the oven. You can also use boneless skinless chicken thigh cutlets instead of breast.
