Tomatoes and Lentils
This dish contains only good things: good tomatoes, lentils that give it the special taste and the rice next to it that absorbs all the flavors into one delicious whole
6 beautiful red tomatoes
2 chopped onions
2 spoons red lentils
1 1/2 or 2 cups water
4 spoons chopped parsley
1 tsp. crushed garlic
1 spoon Moroccan Paprika
1 tsp. sugar
Diced black pepper
1. Fry the onions on medium fire for several minutes, mixing occasionally.
2. Chop the tomatoes, add to the onions, add the garlic, fry for several minutes and add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Bring to boil, lower the fire to medium and cook for 40 minutes mixing occasionally. Add water if necessary and check the seasoning.
* It is recommended to serve with white rice
