Tuna rice and vegetable salad
I had leftovers of rice and the beauty of it is that you can always make something new and interesting with it. I added vegetables and the contents of a box of tuna that I found in the pantry. It came out colorful and tasty. Isn’t it a pity to throw out the rice leftovers?
Ingredients:
2 cups of cooked rice
2 tomatoes cut into cubes
1 big cucumber cut into cubes
1 chopped onion
160 gr. tuna
2 spoons lemon juice
Crushed black pepper
Salt
Chopped Chives for decoration
Preparation:
1. Crumble the tuna and mix all ingredients, season and spice.
