


Tuna is a simple thing to be found in every pantry. How do we turn it into coated Tuna rings? Make them of Tuna, vegetables and breadcrumbs and give them to the children. Nobody will believe you made them! I am like a little girl, when I succeed in something in the kitchen it makes me happy.

Ingredients:
2 boxes of crumbled Tuna in oil (160 g each)
1 grated carrot
1 grated onion
1 spoon Sweet-Chilly sauce
1 spoon Ketchup
1 egg
1/2 cup Matzot Flour
Crushed black pepper
1+ tsp. salt
1 beaten egg for brushing
Preparation:
1. Mix the Tuna with all the ingredients, make balls, flatten them a little, stick a straw in the middle and broaden the hole with the finger if necessary.
- 2. Brush egg on the rings and coat with breadcrumbs.
- 3. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes on each side until they become yellow or fry in half-deep oil until they become yellow.
Tip: if you don’t want to bother with making rings, make balls.
