Tuna Toast
I’ve been often asked what sandwich I would like to prepare for the Master-Chef Auditions; I love sandwiches, but I prefer the Tuna Toast to feel the tuna and the melting yellow cheese in it and it’s so hot! It makes you devour and prepare another one.
3 toasts
Ingredients:
3 buns / 6 slices of bread
1 box of tuna
1 tsp. Ketchup
1 full spoon mayonnaise
1 spoon chopped chives
Sliced olives
Finely sliced tomatoes
Slices of yellow cheese
Crushed black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. Mix the tuna, the mayonnaise, the Ketchup and the chives.
2. Cut the bun into halves, add the tuna and the Ketchup, tomatoes and put the yellow cheese on top.
3. Put into the toaster until the toast turns yellow and the cheese melts.
