


Turkey meatballs baked
Solve two problems: they are more suitable for children and they go better in a sandwich. Prepare the balls, take two slices of bread, put the meat ball in the middle, crush it a bit and take a bite! What a simple pleasure!
17 meat balls
Ingredients:
500 gr. minced red Turkey meat
1 grated potato
1 grated carrot
1 small fried chopped onion
2 spoons chopped parsley
1 tsp. paprika
1 bit cinnamon
1/3 of tsp. cumin
Soup powder
Crushed black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. Mix the ingredients, knead them for several minutes and shape the balls.
- 2. Fry them until they become yellow.
- 3. For the baking option: put oiled baking paper into a pan, range the meat balls inside, bake for 25 minutes at 180°C on one side and 10-15 on the other.
