Vanilla cheese cupcakes
I love cakes that come in small packages, little snacks that you can eat and have another one and another one. The cheese and the Vanilla go very well together and you want to taste more and more
10 big muffins
200 gr (1 cup) of sugar
3/4 cup of white cheese
3/4 cup of oil
1 spoon of Instant Vanilla
270 gr (2 cups minus 1 spoon) of self-raising flour
1. Whip the eggs and sugar and while whipping add the cheese and go on whipping Until everything is mixed, then add the oil and the rest of the ingredients.
2. Fill up holes in the silicone mold up to 3/4 of their height.
3. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or until the muffins become golden and beautiful.
