


Vegetable Muffins for Passover
Such muffins, tasty, tasty, tasty, hard to believe they are for Passover and so easy to prepare.

Ingredients:
1 big sweet potato
2 potatoes
2 carrots
1 tsp. crushed garlic
1 fried onion
2 big eggs
1 cup Matzah flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Soup powder
Diced black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
2. Grate all the vegetables, mix them with the ingredients, fill up the holes of the silicon form and bake at medium heat for 20 minutes.
