The word schnitzel immediately evokes meat. This time there is no such thing, just vegetables in Breadcrumbs, so delicious!
Ingredients:
1 medium-sized chopped onion
1 small sweet potato
1 medium sized potato
1/2 cup flour
150 gr. pumpkin
1 Zucchini
2 eggs
1 tsp. ketchup
1 spoon Sweet Chilly
1 tsp. salt
Diced black pepper
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
2. Fry onion until it becomes yellow, grate all vegetables and mix together.
3. Create the meat balls, flatten a little, tighten to get rid of liquids and coat with Panco from both sides.
4. Cover pan with oily baking paper, arrange the meatballs and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes on first side and 15 minutes on the other.
