Ingredients:
1 big eggplant
3 zucchini
1 medium-sized onion
2 spoons red lentils
1 chopped garlic clove
1 spoon Paprika
Soup powder
Diced black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1 Cut the eggplant into cubes and fry for several minutes, cut the Zucchini and add to the eggplant and fry for 2 minutes more; add the onion and the garlic and fry for several more minutes, cover with water and a bit more.
2. Bring to boil, add the lentils, season, lower the fire to medium, and cook for 30 minutes, add some water from time to time and check seasoning.
