Vegetables in sweet chilli sauce

One doesn’t need much for a good meal: go to the pantry, find some potatoes and sweet potatoes, add some carrots and cook it all in Chilly Sauce.All vegetables absorb the tastes; serve with the meat and you get a good meal which didn’t take long to prepare. Simply easy and tasty.


1 big onion
4 small elongated potatoes
2 medium-sized elongated sweet potatoes
1 big carrot
3 spoons Sweet Chilly sauce
1 flat spoon of Paprika
Soup powder
Diced black pepper


1. Cut the onion into quarters and slice it; fry until it becomes yellow. Cut the vegetables into slices which are not very thick. If the slices are too big, cut them into quarters.

2. Add the potatoes to the onion and fry for 3 minutes, add the carrot and fry for 3 minutes, add Sweet Potatoes and cover with water, add all ingredients and season and cook for 25 minutes on low to medium fire, or until the vegetables become soft by mixing from time to time.
