Veggie Pizza on Bread

Drop everything and make this. It’s so good! It’s really easy to prepare and the result is just perfect. Also, you probably already have everything you need on hand. I say double the recipe, it’s simply amazing

Ingredients:

5-6 slices of bread cut in half along the diagonal (to make a triangle)
1 large carrot
1 large pepper
1 onion
Tomato sauce
Grated cheese of choice
Salt

Preparation:

1. Finely dice the carrot and pepper. Pour 3 Tbsp of oil into a heated pan and sauté the vegetables for 5-6 minutes while stirring. Chop the onion and add to the vegetables, sautéing for another two minutes. Season with salt.

2. Line a plate with paper towel, pour the vegetables on top and wait a few minutes.

3. Preheat an oven to 180°C.

4. Arrange the bread triangles on the tray, spread each triangle with tomato sauce, then the vegetable mixture, and top with grated cheese.

*5. Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

Dig in, it’s amazing!
