Wafer rolls stuffed with white chocolate

Something sweet for the family, Homemade sweet.

Ingredients:

9 long wafer rolls
300 gr white chocolate
Cup of whipping cream
Maple syrup
300 gr toasted coconut

Preparation:

1. Melt chocolate and half a cup whipping cream in the microwave, mix until smooth. cool the chocolate for 4-hour.

2. After cooling add the remaining whipping cream and whip to a solid cream.

3. Fill the pastry bag with the mousse chocolat and fill the wafer.

4. Prepare two Plates, One Plate with Maple syrup. the second with toasted coconut.

*5. Roll the wafer in the syrup then dip into the toasted coconut
