WHITE CHOCOLATE BLONDIES
Small golden blondie squares that are so moist and delicious. Just 10 minutes to prep and the oven does the rest! Don’t wait to make this amazing and addictive treat that will remind you of regular brownies but that has its own charm. So yummy and easy to make.
22 cm x 24 cm baking pan
250 grams white chocolate
100 grams melted butter
200 grams sugar (1 cup)
1 tsp vanilla extract
140 grams flour (1 cup)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1. Preheat an oven to 180°C.
2. Break up the white chocolate into squares and place in a microwave safe bowl together with the butter. Microwave on high until melted, remove from the microwave and mix until blended.
3. Add the sugar and mix until combined. Then add the eggs, one at a time, while mixing vigorously. Finally, add the flour and the baking powder.
4. Grease the pan or line it with parchment paper, pour in the batter in an even layer.
*5. Bake for around 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out with moist crumbs. Cool in the fridge for several hours and cut into squares.
It’s important to take them out of the oven in time.
