White Chocolate Pudding
Sometimes I crave for something sweet, but I don’t want to complicate things, to whip cream, to operate the food processor or to heat up the oven. So what can I make?
14 small glasses
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 1/2 cups milk
2 spoons cornstarch
2 spoons sugar
100 gr white chocolate
Grated bitter-sweet chocolate
1. In a small pot warm the cream over medium flame until small bubbles appear, add 1 cup milk, and the sugar the sugar and stir until melted.
2. Use the rest of the cold milk to melt cornstarch and mix until it gets uniform.
- 3. When the contents of the pot warms up, pour in the cornstarch, and then add white chocolate, mixing all the time until the mixture becomes homogeneous.
- *4. Divide into small glasses, cool for several hours and decorate with the bitter-sweet chocolate.
