White Chocolate Pudding

Sometimes I crave for something sweet, but I don’t want to complicate things, to whip cream, to operate the food processor or to heat up the oven. So what can I make?

14 small glasses


1/2 cup whipping cream
1 1/2 cups milk
2 spoons cornstarch
2 spoons sugar
100 gr white chocolate

Grated bitter-sweet chocolate


1. In a small pot warm the cream over medium flame until small bubbles appear, add 1 cup milk, and the sugar the sugar and stir until melted.

2. Use the rest of the cold milk to melt cornstarch and mix until it gets uniform.

  1. 3. When the contents of the pot warms up, pour in the cornstarch, and then add white chocolate, mixing all the time until the mixture becomes homogeneous.
  1. *4. Divide into small glasses, cool for several hours and decorate with the bitter-sweet chocolate.
