Wings in sweet chili sauce
These wings are delicious, and they don’t last long at our house. They’re fun finger food that keep you coming back for more. I buy pre-cut wings, they’re easier to eat and tastier that way. I start off with a pile of wings on the table and watch the pile dwindle to nothing as my kids devour them.
Only 5 minutes to prepare and the oven does the rest.
Ingredients:
1 kg of chicken wings
3 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
2 Tbsp honey
1 tsp teriyaki / soy sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
1 heaped tsp paprika
3 Tbsp oil
Preparation:
1. Preheat an oven to 200°C.
2. Mix all the ingredients and marinate the wings for around an hour.
3. Bake the wings for around 45 minutes or until they look done and are nicely glazed. No need to cover.
