Yeast free mini pizza recipe
This is such a cute idea! It’s so good when it’s fresh out of the oven.
It looks great, the smell is amazing, and kids can’t resist it.

Makes 18 mini pizzas
300 grams regular flour (2 cups + 2 Tbsp)
200 grams 9% soft white cheese
(4 heaped Tbsp)
4 Tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
A bit of water, if needed
1. Process all the ingredients into a smooth and soft dough. If it doesn’t come together, add a bit of water.
2. Preheat an oven to 180°C.
3. Roll out the dough and cut out 6 cm circles. Grease a muffin pan and place a circle of dough in each well and press it against the sides of the well. Add ketchup and some grated cheese. You can also add your toppings of choice before you sprinkle the cheese on top.
4. Bake for around 25 minutes or until nice and golden.
