


Yellow cheese sandwich
I promised to continue with the sandwiches. This time, I’m offering a colorful sandwich full of good things. It makes you want to devour it. Why not?
Ingredients:
1 bun cut into halves
Cream cheese
Baby leaves
1 sliced red pepper
1 small sliced onion
Feta cheese cut into cubes
2 sliced slices of yellow cheese
5-6 sliced Cherry Tomatoes
Chopped chives
Preparation:
1. Range slices of Cherry Tomatoes in a pan, sprinkle salt on top and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
2. In a hot pan put 3 tablespoons of olive oil and cook and stir the onion for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden add the pepper slices and cook about 5 minutes until vegetables are soft, add a bit of honey.
3. Spread the cream cheese on the buns, put baby leaves and yellow cheese on top add the pepper and the onion sprinkle Feta cheese add the chives above.
Clarifications:
The bun halves can be left open or on top of each other like a sandwich. The baking of the Cherry Tomatoes and the frying of the onion and the pepper are optional.
