Simple Kohlrabi Salad With Lemon
The first thing I make when I have kohlrabi at home is a kohlrabi salad with lemon.
I make a lot of dishes using kohlrabi, but this one is truly the best.
This salad is so delicious and easy to make, I highly recommend making it.
It only takes 10 minutes to make. It’s crispy, and it blends well with the rest of the vegetables.
It’s even suitable for children — Aviv absolutely loves it.
Once you try it once, you’ll become addicted.

Ingredients:
2 kohlrabi, peeled and cut into thin sticks
2 bell peppers, cut into sticks
Carrots, cut into thin sticks
Hot pepper, cut into thin rings
Juice of 1 lemon
Canola oil
Half a teaspoon of salt, a little more
Black pepper
Preparation:
1. Put all of the vegetables in a bowl, add lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper.
2. You can serve immediately or wait a few minutes.
