Ingredients:
500g frozen vegetables (I used whole green beans, see explanation below)
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon cilantro
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
2. Add salt, pepper, oil and cilantro to the beans, mix well and spread in the pan, bake for about 25 minutes.
Less than 130 calories per serving!!
Why did I choose green beans? Because they have the lowest amount of calories and are very tasty.
