Baked Sweet Potato Latkes Recipe
A wonderful latkes recipe that only uses 3 ingredients, can you believe it?
Just look at these beauties — their color is incredible.
These latkes are perfect for dinner or for a dairy-free meal, they look so beautiful when serving and
everyone loves them.
They are also very smooth — perfect for kids. These latkes contain only sweet potatoes, nothing else. They don’t include any surprises that kids might not like, and they have an amazing texture.
I serve them with the wonderful sauce — if you still haven’t tried it, you really should, it’s so good.

Ingredients:
700 -800 g sweet potatoes (2 medium sweet potatoes)
40 g flour (4 tablespoons)
1 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
1.) Preheat a pot with salted water. Cut the sweet potatoes into large pieces, cook for about 20 minutes until they turn fully soft, drain, wait for a couple minutes and take out the liquids that accumulated at the bottom.
2.) Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a pan with baking paper.
3.) Squash the sweet potatoes to a smooth mixture and add flour along with salt. Wet your hands, make fritters the weight of 45 – 50 grams each and place on a pan. Bake for 40 minutes, gently flip
using a spatula and bake for another 15 minutes.
