Easy Spaghetti and Meatballs Recipe
Pasta with meatballs is a wonderful lunch for kids. You can say that it’s one of the recipes that kids love to eat the most. The combination of the protein with the carbs makes this recipe classic, easy and
delicious. I make the meatballs in advance and freeze them to make things easier for me later.
It only takes a few minutes to make and you’ve got an amazing lunch for your kids.
All that’s left now is making the sauce and cook the meatballs in it.
Meanwhile, I make the pasta and serve it with the meatballs. You’ll get an easy and addictive lunch that kids really enjoy.

Ingredients:
500 g minced lamb / beef
Egg
Grated onion and whipped
Medium potato, grated and whipped
1/4 cup soda water (regular soda that you make at home)
Half a cup matza flour / regular flour
Spices:
Pinch of cinnamon
A teaspoon of sweet paprika
A third of a teaspoon of hot paprika
Half a tablespoon of a. soup
A third of a teaspoon of black pepper
Half a teaspoon of salt
200 g pasta of your choice
The sauce:
A medium onion, chopped small
A hot pepper, finely chopped (optional)
A tablespoon of tomato paste
A large ripe and soft tomato, chopped small
A tablespoon of cilantro
2 – 3 cups of water
Three quarters of a tablespoon of soup powder
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
Half a teaspoon of salt
Preparation:
1.) Mix all of the meat ingredients in a bowl, make small balls and cool down for an hour.
2.) Making the sauce:
Preheat a wide pan on medium heat with 3 – 4 tablespoons of oil. Fry the onion until it turns golden, add the rest of the ingredients and cook for about 15 minutes.
3.) Place the meatballs in the warm sauce, shake gently and cook for about 20 – 25 minutes.
