Ingredients:
3 – 4 large ripe nectarines
Ripe banana, coarsely chopped
200 g mildly sweet yogurt (cup)
1 tablespoon honey/soybean
120 ml milk (half a cup)
Preparation:
1. Peel the nectarines, roughly chop them, put them in a blender with the banana and the other ingredients, and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into glasses to fill.
