Easy Mini Pizza Recipe for Kids (in 10 Minutes!)
I have a great method for using bread that isn’t so fresh. I’m willing to do anything to avoid a situation where I need to throw bread away. I explained everything in number 1, including a picture.
This way, the bread stays juicy, soft and fun to eat. Now that I have some good bread, I can make
wonderful mini pizza for the kids. This recipe is so easy and used up all of the leftover bread I had at home. It’s also perfect for dinner.
I love serving a large pile of these mini pizza to the table alongside fresh vegetables and cheese.
I don’t know a single child that will resist eating this wonderful meal.
Ingredients:
Medium round rolls / sliced baguette
Ketchup
Thin tomato slices
Onion cut into sticks
Any toppings you prefer
Olive oil
Salt
Grated parmesan
Grated yellow cheese
Preparation:
1.) Cut the buns in half, preheat a pan on medium heat with a heaped tablespoon of oil and brush the pan so the oil covers the entire bottom.
2.) Place the buns on the pan with the open side touching it and place something heavy on top or press over it with a spatula. Fry until you see golden stripes.
3.) Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
4.) Spread some ketchup on each bun, add some toppings and finish with grated cheese.
5.) Bake for about 10 minutes and serve warm with fresh vegetables and cheese.
