Quick and Easy Pizza bake
This is great! It took exactly 5 minutes and every last crumb was devoured. You should double or even triple the recipe if you want there to be enough. So easy and so yummy. This is one of those simple things that make life worthwhile. A great meal for any time of day.
20 x 30 cm pan
Tomato sauce / ketchup
10 champignon mushrooms
100 grams grated cheese of choice
2. Slice the rolls into 4-5 cm slices. Spread some tomato sauce on each slice, toppings, and some grated cheese. Then place another slice of the roll on top and repeat with the toppings and cheese, continuing until you have a pile of slices.
3. Lay the pile down on the baking pan and continue until the pan is full.
4. Preheat an oven to 180°C.
5. Cover with tinfoil and bake for around 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Good to know…
Double, triple, or quadruple the recipe, it goes fast! To make life easier, you can complete all the steps except for baking and keep in the fridge, covered, for a few hours and then pop into the oven just before you want to serve. Add any topping you like. I added a whole bunch. Just make sure it’s all chopped really small. What a great treat for the kids, right?
It stays soft but if you like the top crispy, take the tinfoil off for the last 10 minutes in the oven. I didn’t specify what size baking pan because you can use whatever you have and according to the amount you want to make.
