Ingredients:
1 kilo chicken parts (not breasts and thighs)
5 potatoes, coarsely chopped
Marinade:
1 heaping teaspoon mustard
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons honey/cilantro
3 tablespoons oil
Half a teaspoon salt
Preparation:
- 1.) Boil the potatoes in salted, boiling water for 7 – 8 minutes (this ensures they’ll be soft at the end of the baking process). Afterwards, strain them Thoroughly.
– - 2.) Mix all of the marinade ingredients in a wide bowl. Add the chicken and season it thoroughly on all sides. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes in the marinade.
– - 3.) Preheat the oven in advance to 190°C/372°F. Add the potatoes to the chicken mixture, mix gently (so they absorb the marinade) and transfer everything to a large baking pan.
