Homemade Chicken Nuggets
I wanted to say that these chicken nuggets are just like Macdonald’s, but they are way better and also homemade — you know exactly what you put inside.
Soft and juicy chicken nuggets coated in wonderful marinade and breadcrumbs that add a crispy bite — they’re just so addictive!
These little chicken nuggets are irresistible and disappear in no time. This is one of the recipes that my kids are willing to eat every day.
Macdonald’s chicken nuggets aren’t coated in breadcrumbs, and I prefer coating them to achieve the crispiness in every bite.
My kids absolutely love this recipe!

Ingredients:
700 g chicken breast cut into medium pieces
Marinade:
A glass of white beer (black is not suitable)
A glass of water / soda (carbonated water drink)
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
2 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce
A teaspoon of mustard
280 g of flour (2 cups)
L egg
Spices:
A teaspoon of sweet paprika
A flat spoon of chicken grill
A flat spoon of salt
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
A spoon of soup
Preparation:
1.) Mix the marinade ingredients and seasonings to a smooth mixture — it should look like tahini. Add the chicken breast and soak for about 30 minutes.
2.) Coat with breadcrumbs and sesame. Fry in half-deep oil until the chicken breast turns golden on all sides.
