Quick Cheesy Garlic Bread
I made this post because I wanted to make something quick for dinner and sometimes even for
breakfast, but without working hard, I didn’t want to make dough and I didn’t have any rolls, I wanted to quickly make garlic bread, and I intended to finish making it in under 5 minutes.
Garlic fingers that are soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, filled with cheese and butter and of course, also generously filled with garlic, no need to proof or to knead. You make it, you put it in the toaster and that’s it! The smell is so good. Make it and you’ll understand what I mean.
2 Servings
Ingredients:
2 pita breads
4 heaping teaspoons crushed garlic
100 g very soft butter
4 – 5 tablespoons finely chopped parsley (optional, recommended)
70 g grated yellow cheese / yellow cheese slices
Salt
Preparation:
1. Cut the pitas in half, meaning each pita is cut into two large circles, mix soft butter, garlic, parsley and salt.
2. Spread the garlic spread on two pita circles and sprinkle with yellow cheese, spread the spread on the other two circles and place on the two pita circles with the yellow cheese (sandwich)
3. Put in the toaster and bake until golden brown (the smell is amazing!) Cut into fingers and quickly prepare more.
Don’t have crushed garlic?
Heat a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil and fry 6 cloves of garlic over low heat patiently until golden brown. Make sure the cloves are soft and crush.
