Strawberries and Whipped Cream Recipe

Ingredients:
First layer:
200 g beautiful strawberries
80 g instant strawberry jelly (packet)
Second layer:
250 ml sweet cream (box)
1 tbsp instant vanilla
1 tbsp sugar
Preparation:
1. Remove the stem and cut the strawberries into small cubes.
2. Mix the jelly with 400 ml of boiling water (according to what is written on the package) and stir / mix until all the jelly is melted and the lumps disappear and cool slightly.
3. Fill the glasses halfway with the strawberry cubes, pour the jelly into the glasses, cover the strawberries and cool for about an hour.
4. Put the whipped cream, instant vanilla and sugar in a mixer and whip with the balloon hook until firm, transfer to a piping bag and fill the glasses to the top.
