Meatballs in Tomato Sauce

Meatballs in delicious sauce are a wonderful choice for lunch. They are perfect for kids who just came back from school — they really like the sauce. I can pair these meatballs with almost anything —
bulgur, quinoa, puree and even rice. Wanna hear my method? I make these meatballs in advance and keep them in the fridge. It only takes a few minutes to make the sauce and then you add the
meatballs to it.
This dish has a nice amount of protein thanks to the ground turkey, and of course the vegetables
deliver their own great taste. Bon appetit.
