Listen, this whipped honey is wonderful, the only thing you need is honey — that’s it. If you want to

So what is whipped honey? It’s basically honey that I whipped into an airy, velvety spread. It’s perfect for many things, which I listed down below.

180 ml honey (half a cup)

Preparation:
1.) Place the honey in the mixer bowl. Using the whisk attachment, whip on high speed for about 15 minutes. The honey turns whipped and brighter. You’ll get a soft and airy honey — the flavor stays the same.
*During Rosh Hashanah’s meal, dip the apples in the whipped honey — it’s wonderful.
*Perfect for spreading on sandwiches / toasts / crackers — it’s a wonderful way to start the morning.
*Add it to yogurt or white cheese — it delivers gentle sweetness and a creamy texture. If you want to upgrade even more then add a tablespoon of oatmeal.
*And what about desserts? Instead of using maple syrup or chocolate, use this whipped honey. You can use it on pancakes, ice cream and even cakes.
