Broccoli Snacks

I haven’t decided yet if this dish is a snack or a side dish. It can be both. When I finish eating, I’ll know better. It’s so simple to prepare at home and so tasty.


400 gr. Broccoli (frozen)
2 eggs
1 tsp. Paprika
1 flat tsp. dry parsley
Diced black pepper


 1. Boil water, put in one tsp. of salt, add the Broccoli, brew for 5 minutes, filter and rinse with cold water.

  1. 2. Mix breadcrumbs, Paprika and parsley and in a separate plate, beat the eggs with a flat spoon of soup powder, pepper and salt.
  1. 3. Dip the Broccoli in egg and in breadcrumbs, cover pan with baking paper and arrange the Broccoli inside.
  1. 4. Bake the Broccoli at 180°C for 25 minutes and turn in the middle.
