Broccoli Snacks
I haven’t decided yet if this dish is a snack or a side dish. It can be both. When I finish eating, I’ll know better. It’s so simple to prepare at home and so tasty.
Ingredients:
400 gr. Broccoli (frozen)
2 eggs
Breadcrumbs
1 tsp. Paprika
1 flat tsp. dry parsley
Diced black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. Boil water, put in one tsp. of salt, add the Broccoli, brew for 5 minutes, filter and rinse with cold water.
- 2. Mix breadcrumbs, Paprika and parsley and in a separate plate, beat the eggs with a flat spoon of soup powder, pepper and salt.
- 3. Dip the Broccoli in egg and in breadcrumbs, cover pan with baking paper and arrange the Broccoli inside.
- 4. Bake the Broccoli at 180°C for 25 minutes and turn in the middle.
