Best Dairy Free Chocolate Ball Recipe
I got amazing chocolate balls. I made them bigger and it looks lovely. Note that the candies coat the balls perfectly. For anyone looking for chocolate balls that stick, you’ve come to the right place.
I have a great recipe for chocolate balls on the site, but I wanted to make oil-based chocolate balls (I didn’t put much) and have them be fluffy and no one could tell the difference. Look how beautiful they are.

Ingredients:
200 g light/chocolate biscuits (32 units – less than a sleeve)
100 g sugar (5 tablespoons)
2 tablespoons a. Cocoa
100 g dark chocolate
125 ml sweet cream / vegetable cream / Ritz (half a cup)
A teaspoon of Ness Coffee
2 tablespoons of water / sweet wine
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
3 tablespoons of canola oil
Preparation:
1. Crush the cookies in a food processor into small pieces, it is important not to grind into powder but to leave small pieces.
2. In a small saucepan, heat the sweet cream until it begins to boil, add sugar and oil, mix until the sugar is completely dissolved and there are no grains, add vanilla extract, Ness Coffee, water and cocoa, mix until the cocoa is dissolved and add the chocolate cubes.
3. Remove from heat and mix until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
4. Add the biscuits, mix into a chocolate dough, refrigerate for 30-40 minutes, wet your hands, make balls (29 g) and watch what suits you.
