Chicken Breast in Sweet and Sour Sauce
I continue the tradition of fast food and I consider it a good tradition. I am used to buying chicken breast cut into small pieces because it’s much easier to handle. I spice it with the tastes children prefer, 4-5 minutes on the fire, and it’s ready to serve.
Ingredients:
600 gr. chicken breast cut into small pieces
1 tsp. Paprika
4 spoons olive oil
Sauce:
1 tsp. cornstarch
5 spoons water
2 spoons ketchup
3 spoons vinegar
2 tsp. honey
1 tsp. soya
Soup powder
Black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. Put chicken breast into marinade of Paprika and olive oil. Let it soak for an hour.
2. Mix cornstarch and water until it melts and mix with all other ingredients.
*3. Fry the meat in a hot pan for two minutes while mixing, add the rest of the sauce and fry for two more minutes.
