Juicy Chicken Breasts Recipe
I always think about what I should make for lunch, and chicken breast is a great option. I made some thinly sliced chicken breast, which I soaked in delicious marinade.
While soaking the chicken breast, I made the matbucha. Earlier, I also made some potatoes. It only takes 5 – 10 minutes to make and then you serve it. I made a fresh vegetable salad along with pitas, too. A simple and easy lunch, I can’t say I put much effort into it 🙂
The kids put the chicken breast into the pita halves, and the sauce absorbed into the pitas’ side, yummy! I love this type of recipes, they are so easy and simple.

Ingredients:
800 g chicken breast, cut into medium cubes / strips
Seasoning:
1/3 cup olive / canola oil
1 tablespoon Moroccan / regular paprika
1 tablespoon chicken grill
1 tablespoon cilantro / honey
1 tablespoon soup powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation:
1.) Spice the chicken breast with the spices and the oil. Soak for about 30 minutes, if you don’t have enough time then skip soaking.
2.) Fry the chicken breast for about 5 – 6 minutes on medium heat and saute/mix sometimes.
